DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

This agreement is electronically established between the Seller and the Buyer, who provides their information during the order process.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement outlines the rights and obligations of both parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered through the Seller’s website.

3. Product & Price Information

All product details, including type, quantity, sales price, payment, and delivery information, are provided and approved by the Buyer during the order process.

4. Payment

Payments are securely processed via iyzico using credit cards or other available payment methods.

5. Shipping Policy

  • Orders are carefully packaged and dispatched within 2 business days.

  • Shipments are sent via DHL or FedEx.

  • Delivery is completed within a maximum of 12 business days.

  • Shipping is free of charge.

6. Right of Withdrawal / Return Policy

Due to the long-distance nature of the sale and custom-designed products, the Buyer does not have the right to withdraw or return products.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted.

7. Authorized Authorities

In case of disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized.

8. Enforcement

By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to all terms of this agreement.

Privacy Policy (KVKK)

PinkyDuck protects your personal data in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).

Collected data is used for:

  • Order processing

  • Delivery and invoicing
